Travel Support

A limited number of travel stipends are available for eligible attendees travelling from within the United States to attend DASH 2026, or the combined DASH and IHDEA meetings.

Under NASA funding rules, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, green card holder, or an international student enrolled at a U.S. institution with a valid student visa. Applicants must be based in the United States and cannot be employed by the University of Colorado.

Applications will be assessed based on financial need, participation in the meeting, career stage, and equitable distribution of funding across institutions. Up to 20 awards are expected to be available. Funding will be provided as a reimbursement after the meeting, so successful applicants will need to cover their travel and accommodation costs initially.
