Uploading your presentation and poster
All talks will be presented from the organisers' computer in the room. Please upload your slides to the Zenodo community for your session:
DASH 2026: https://zenodo.org/communities/dash2026/
IHDEA 2026: https://zenodo.org/communities/ihdea2026/
Deadline: Sunday 4 October, or at the latest the night before your talk.
To upload, log in to Zenodo, click New upload on the community page, add your slides, set the resource type to Presentation, add your title and authors, and submit. If you need to update your slides after uploading, please create a new version of your existing record rather than a new upload.
File format
PDF is strongly preferred. PowerPoint and Keynote files can also be accepted, but please include a PDF in the same upload as a backup.
Talk formats
Contributed and invited talks: 15 minute slot including questions. Please keep your talk under 12 minutes to allow at least 3 minutes for questions. We will be keeping to a tight schedule.
Lightning talks: 5 minutes, maximum of 2 slides.
Poster lightning talks: 2 minutes, with either 1 slide or your poster PDF shown on screen. Please upload this to Zenodo in the same way as a talk.
If you would prefer not to share your slides publicly, email us at dash2026@dias.ie and we will send you a private upload link.
Poster information
Poster boards will be A0 portrait format.
We do not have poster printing facilities onsite. Many local use Reads (reads.ie) for conference poster printing in Dublin 1. Please note that the local organisers have no association with this company nor do they endorse them in any way.
Poster boards will be removed at the end of the DASH meeting on Wednesday evening so please take back any posters you wish to keep before then!
